Letz Grieve Together is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to improving lives by providing hope and healing through grief support groups. Grief isn’t just about losing a loved one; it can stem from a traumatic event, pet loss, divorce, job loss, loneliness, a loved one suffering from Alzheimer's, cancer, and many other reasons. Regardless of the type of grief, you are welcome here because no one should grieve alone. Additionally, the organization educates families and children on the dangers of drugs and fentanyl use through speaking engagements and educational materials.
Founder
Rosalyn Hill-Ricketts
Rosalyn Hill-Ricketts is the founder of Letz Grieve Together, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting those who have experienced loss due to accidental overdoses, particularly involving fentanyl. After losing her bonus daughter, brother, and first cousin to this devastating epidemic, Rosalyn turned her pain into purpose by creating Letz Grieve Together. She became an advocate for drug and fentanyl overdose awareness, determined to help others navigate the difficult journey of grief.
Rosalyn’s mission is to create a safe, compassionate environment for families and children, offering grief support groups where individuals can express their emotions without feeling isolated. Through her advocacy, she aims to prevent further losses by making Narcan widely accessible and educating the public on overdose prevention.
Rosalyn’s goal is also to break the stigma surrounding overdose and fentanyl use within African American and other communities, ensuring that everyone feels empowered to seek help without judgment.
With a Master of Science Degree in Management, specializing in policy and organization change, Rosalyn combines her professional expertise with her passion for saving lives and offering hope to those grieving. She continues to push forward, determined to raise awareness, provide resources, and make a difference in the lives of families across the country.
Grief Support Group
At Letz Grieve Together, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive support to those experiencing grief and loss. Our services include monthly grief support groups via Zoom and Facebook support page. Additionally, our referral service connects individuals with professional counselors and local grief support groups across the nation.
